2.1. The Consignment notes or bills of landing corresponding to the effective execution of the entire or part of the transport will be available during their total validity. They will be always established by companies that are subject to the current international conventions and according to the terms of such Conventions. If this was not possible in any part of the route, different companies will be contracted as long as they have the status of legal recognition or situation as national or international carriers, depending on the case.
